Lovely hotel with amazing views. The staff although a bit scared at times, were excellent. Gloucester is easily reachable by car, we had a fantastic meal at the docks both for dinner and a late breakfast. The cathedral is a must, we had a really interesting guided tour.

Amazing location, views and helpful staff. Food good too, breakfast and evening meals. Bedroom recently decorated, but bathroom fixtures a little tired. Shower door came off it's runners, which reception staff said has happened several times plus bathroom taps very stiff! (room 4)

Gourmet's Delight

The initial booking problem was dealt with by the Hotel Manager. The rooms were well appointed and the food was excellent. I cannot recommend the food too highly - I would eat there as a non-resident. Superb!
