"We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location with beautiful views of the lake. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Coffee was avaliable 24/7. This hotel was oneof the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even the people(locals) at the bar were very nice! It was only 20 min to Boston. The town of Wakefield is really cute, had dinner at Sakura, staff was very friendly and the Sushi was great! Can't wait to go back."

"Staff was most helpful. Our room was near a busy road, so we heard cars at night. Very basic, but comfortable room. Bedding was excellent. Walk to Good Harbor is doable, but walk back up the hill could be tough if you have a lot to carry."
