"It was nice. The staff was very helpful. They gave us a room with a hot tub that we were not expecting."

"The room was clean and staff members were friendly. We were pleasantly surprised at how well kept the hotel was. We appreciated that the entire property is non-smoking and enjoyed the indoor pool."

"We reserved a suite room so we would have the kitchen. NO dishes, NO glasses, No bottled water provided, not even a bottled water for the coffee pot. No paper towels or any kind of dishtowel or potholder for the kitchen. It was basically a refrigerator, a microwave and a bunch of empty cabinets. The room was clean. Not many towels but we just asked for more. "

"Room was comfortable but could have been deep cleaned there was a musty smell. AC was either too hot or freezing cold. Hot tub in the pool area would not come on, there was a broken window in the pool area and a sign sayng to "STAY AWAY". But nothing blocking off the area even with children playing in the pool area. Staff was helpful and pleasant."
