โI was inconvenienced for one of the two days because there were no towels. I told them the delivery vehicle was late and asked them to press 0, but they said it wasn't their problem.โ
โIt was really awful experience. This hotel mustn't operate with this terrible room condition. When I opened the door to enter the room, I saw roaches. When I opened the fridge, I saw roaches. When I opened the restroom, I saw roaches. I wondered how come this hotel still operate. Hope to be improved.โ

โGreat staff and a decent place to stay. I would personally book with the hotel itself next time but will be trying another hotel for my next visit. Nice if you like the location but there are better out there for the money.โ
โGreat place to stay and very helpful and approachable staff. The only downside was that the exercise room was undergoing remodeling and there was a very limited number of exercise machines. โ

โThis property needs a serious makeover. The furniture is very old, with some moisture issues. I had to remove 2 dead roaches near the entry area. The carpet has not been cleaned in a long while and really needs to be replaced. My refrigerator is quite old with signs of mildew. As a former Federal Government Building Inspector, I would close this place down and do a remodel ASAP. It also still smells of cigarette smoke.
