호텔이라고 생각하시면 낭패
방문했을때가 8월, 겨울, 비수기라 그런지 한산했습니다. 정말 유의하셔야 할게 체크인 시간이 진짜 짧습니다. 오후 5시인가 6시쯤 도착했는데 다 퇴근하고 아무도 없더군요. 안되는 영어로 인터폰으로 통화해서 어찌어찌하여 키를 보관해둔 곳을 알아내고 겨우 들어갔습니다. 시설은 우리나라 콘도 생각하시면 되구요. 구조는 아주 넓습니다만.... 8월의 밤은 좀 춥더군요. 정말 조그만 히터 하나를 구석에서 발견하고 온 식구가 한방에 모여 잤습니다. 시설은 분명히 낡았지만 부엌도 넓고 거실도 넓고 발코니도 있고 비치랑 가깝고 전반적으로 좋았습니다. 3박을 했는데 호테처럼 타월을 갈아주거나 청소를 해주진 않습니다. 제가 이 숙소를 이용한것은 작년 2014년이었습니다. 올해 여름 미국 여행을 하고 왔는데 미국은 아파트먼트식 숙소가 잘 없어서 이 숙소가 그립더군요.

Beautiful place to stay. We had an ocean view room that was spacious and tidy. Only complaint would be ants in the kitchen. I locked my phone in the apartment after checking out and the out of hours help was amazing. It only took 30 mins to sort it all out and get us on our way. Would stay here again, and highly recommend

Great property, older style but had everything we needed. Front desk lady was a bit stressed and a bit sarcastic and grumpy, which we didn’t need after travelling for over 14 hours. Apart from that blip the rest of our holiday was fabulous. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, right on the beach, views to die for and shops and restaurants all within walking distance

Perfect! The beach is just across the road and the public transport is so close. It's walking distance to everything and at the same time it's the right distance away from everything.

We liked the ocean view so much! The building is a bit old but overall clean and tidy, free on-site parking makes it handy. The availability of dish washer and dryer means a lot of time saved on daily cooking and laundry. We are a family of four and we all enjoyed staying in this property.

Fantastic location with beach just across the road and easy walking distance to main strip Room was a great setup, nice and spacious, beautiful ocean views. Older building and room but still had everything we needed.

Great location great views. Walking distance from everything. But bit of a scare when u see supports everywhere in basement and you are staying on 24th floor. But stay was great. Air conditioning in bedroom would be sensational. But overall. Value for money paid 👍👍👍👍

Nice unit, great location, view, staff very helpful. One of our group arrived at night and I have to say the signage for the property id not very visable. My cousin drove around for 30 mins trying to find it. Her sat nav took her to Burleigh??. Very bizarre, but maybe a more visable, well lit sign where you turn in would be helpful. I had no trouble finding it but older,or less technical people may struggle.

Perfectly located and right in the beach. Room was spacious enough for two adult and three kids, kitchen was just right, showers were hot and the check in/out process was simple. Reception staff were always helpful and approachable and made you feel right at home. Construction next door didn’t really hinder our stay and there was some road noise from below but that’s to be expected when only 10 floors up, in an original era, Gold Coast resort. It was all a part of the stay! More importantly, the price was great to accomodate us all for a perfect 3 night stay.

A great location and the property is handy to everything while you are on a holiday break. We love the Great Ocean View from our balcony and we enjoy walking on the sandy beach every morning. We would return to the property again when the opportunity arises.

The internal common area (corridors, lifts etc) are a little tired so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But when we opened the door, the apartment was clean and spacious with an amazing view. Beds were a bit saggy and could do with new mattresses. Staff were helpful and friendly. Free underground parking. Close enough to town without being right in the thick of it. Would definitely come back!

The hotel receptionist Misty was extremely helpful and polite. She explained everything in detail and the couple of questions that I had she was able to answer easily. I thoroughly recommend the two bedroom ocean deluxe apartment. Modern and views were incredible. Pool was a lovely temperature. Secure access to floors also. Very short walk to patrolled area of beach. Only 4 blocks I think from Cavill Avenue.

Enjoyed our stay overlooking the ocean. Our third visit. Short walk from the heart of Surfers. Sauna was good, ie could get hot enough. (wife is Finnish!) Would stay again.

Close to everything
The apartment was amazing, felt like home. Right across the road to the beach, and close to everything. Downside was that next door was a high-rise construction site that wasn't mentioned on their page. Also, too much chemicals in the spa that took a lot of colour out of our bathers.
