"Room was convenient. The checkin is completely online and the forms were a bit of a pain to fill out. Since I booked through Expedia, the hotel sent me the forms separately, but not until 10am the morning of my stay. Since I was traveling alone and on the road, it was a bit of a pain to try and upload everything they needed including pictures and whatnot the day of. However you are given a key code to the room and can just let yourself in upon arrival. There is a certain convenience to that. I also felt like the room was very clean and appreciated the restaurant/bar attached to the building (not affiliated with the hotel and separate cost). But it was nice to be able to pop in after driving all day and have a drink and walk back to my room. This hotel makes interacting with staff irrelevant because by the time you get there, the office is closed and my only interaction was when I filled out forms. They have a number you can call if you need something after hours. Overall a convenient stay for someone who just needed a quick night stay in Fairfield. If I had to pick one thing, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything outside and in the room next door. Luckily, my neighbors were pretty quiet and I had a sound machine with me. Water prsssure was good, bed was comfortable, pillows were clean. What else do you need..? Overall, no major complaints and would stay again."
