편하고 깔끔하지만 불친절한 직원
전에도 이용하고 너무 좋아서 또 예약을 하고 갔는데 이번엔 립셉션 직원이 좀 불친절해서 기분이 좋진 않았고 숙소도 처음에 갔을때랑 같은 옵션으로 선택했는데 뭔가 휑한 느낌이 들었다. 전에 너무 기억이 좋아서 이번엔 2박 3일 예약을 했는데 호텔은 편하고 깔끔했다.

골드코스트 메인거리라고 할수있는 카빌거리에 위치해 있습니다. 4층에는 각종 수영장. 오락실 wifi zone이 있습니다. 3층에고 수영장 사우나 헬스장이 있고요. 건물에 대형마트도 있어서 취식에 용이합니다. 주방시설. 세탁기 건조기 발코니 모두 만족스럽네요. 장기투숙에 강추입니다. 트램정류장도 가까워요~! 다만 wifi 유료. 하우스키핑도 유료인점 고려필요합니다

위치와 뷰가 넘 좋았다. 바로 앞 울월스와 트램역 서퍼스 비치까지 넘 편했고 바다와 뒤로 강까지 완벽한 뷰은 만족스러웠다. 주방용품과 카페트 청결도가 아쉬웠지만 다음에도 다시 이용할 생각 있다

객실이 너무 지져분하며, 악취에 청결도가 최악이었습니다. 직원도 불친절하고 서비스도 엉망입니다 심지어 욕실용품도 이전투숙객이 쓰던제품을 그대로 뒀더군요 위치 빼고는 다 실망입니다 다시는 투숙하고싶지 않습니다

넓고 쾌적하고 편리한 위치에 있는 호텔
기대를 너무 많이 한 탓인지 첫인상은 조금 실망스러웠으나, 지낼수록 편리한 점이 더 많았습니다. 거실은 매우 넓은데 테이블과 소파등의 가구는 낡은 편이었습니다. 부엌은 깔끔하고 식기세척기와 오븐이 있어서 편리했고, 화장실도 깨끗한 편이었습니다. 세탁기와 건조기도 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 5일 있는 동안 청소는 한번도 해주지 않았고요, 타월과 세탁세제, 휴지등만 주고 갔습니다. 바닷가 뷰는 아니었지만 뷰는 골드코스트 마을이 내려다 보여서 나름 괜찮았습니다. 바로 밑에 큰 슈퍼마켓이 있어서 장보기 너무 좋았고, 버스나 트램도 바로 앞에서 탈 수 있고 바닷가도 걸어가기 가까운 거리에 있었습니다. 참고로 1베드룸은 성인 2명과 어린이가 가는 경우 어린이 추가요금을 받습니다. 거실이 넓고 쾌적하고 위치도 매우 좋습니다만, 아주 럭셔리할 것으로 기대하시면 실망하실 수 있습니다.

호텔이라기 보다는 그냥 콘도에 왔다고 생각하면 될거 같아요 외국 아파트에서 살아보느 는낌도 들고 1층에는 마트도 있고 주변에 맛집과 쇼핑몰도 많아서 시간 좀 빈다 싶을때 주변에서 또 구경하러 다니는 것도 너무 좋았습니다. 다만 청소를 안해준다는 것과 타올이 모자르면 1층에가서 받아와야 한다는게 좀 불편하지만 그거 빼고는 전반적으로 다 좋았습니다.

아파트로 아주 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 매일 수건과 쓰레기를 치워줍니다. 그런데 아파트라서 청소는 따로 안해줘요. 빨래도 할 수 있고, 요리도 할 수 있습니다. 위치도 좋고 수영장도 있어서 좋았습니다.

위치는 정말 최고 입니다. 버스정류장도 가깝고 바로 아래에는 Woolwoths라는 마트가 있어서 아파트먼트인 이 호텔의 장점을 최대 이용할 수 있습니다. 객실도 넓고 우리나라 아파트 30평 정도 되는 것 같네요. 이왕이면 seaside 를 권해드립니다. 서퍼스파라다이스까지도 가깝고 가는 길에 식당과 shop 들이 밀집해 있어 택시를 타고 다른 곳에 갈 필요가 별로 없습니다. 밤에도 다른 지역과 달리 shop 이 8-9 시까지 엽니다.

The views were incredible, the beach on one side and the river on the other. The lifts took a while to come each time which was annoying but I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful view. Great that it’s central to everything. Didn't like that we had to pay extra fee for parking as it wasn't included with the apartment rate. The entryway light kept flickering at night time but that’s a minor thing. Everything else was amazing.

The room was great and hotel stuff and communication were great as well. Location is excellent but the elevator is a big problem. There was a problem with the elevator during all our stay. We were waiting more than 30 minutes sometimes. Not sure if this is just this time or ongoing ptoblem.

Great stay, ideal location if you want to be by the beach, restaurants, bars and shops without the noise of it at night. Apartment was plenty big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The best part of the stay without a doubt was the view. We stayed on floor 48 and the view across the city into the mountains was our favourite! Only thing to note is its basic cooking facilities you’ll need to get salt, pepper oil etc to be able to cook

Nice, tidy and amazing apartment with great views over the river. Elevators were the only thing that you had to wait for which often took a bit of time
