โThis stay was a pleasant surprise. I've stayed in some other hotels in the area at the same price point and found this one to be the cleanset, safest, and most comfortable by far. I wpuld absolutely recommend them.โ
โThe hotel was close to everything! The rooms were nice and super clean. The pool was warm. The staff was very professional and courteous. I felt at home and I would definitely stay here again anytime that I come back to the area. Just a great all-around experience for the money. A great deal!โ
โAll excellent except we had a situation where we were locked out of our room for two hours because the key card did not work and finally discovered that the digital lock itself was not working and maintenance man had to come and change it. We escalated this situation to management but they were so cool about it as if it happens everywhere. Yet cleaning is excellent space and quietness is excellent. Breakfast options are limited so I would just say sufficient โ

โAfter driving for 11 hours, when we arrived at this hotel (Townplace Suites Pensacola West I-10) in Pensacola, FL in the late evening hours, check-in was a breeze. This particular hotel welcomed pets. We appreciate hotel's that have a pet policy as there are times when our small Frenchie has to travel with us.
The room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet.
The staff was very friendly and professional.โ
