"Abigail at check-in was so cheerful and very informative ! She explained everything about the hotel and our surroundings! It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach and our stay was excellent in all areas of cleanliness including our room and getting extra towels ect. Every person that works there was always nice and going above in asking did we need anything! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it highly!!! Thanks to everyone for enjoying your job! "The air purifier needed a filter change and it rattles along with AC cover. Needs adjusting felt like I was in a big refrigerator warehouse.

"My son and I needed a relaxing weekend and it was just that. The resort was very nice from check-in to check-out. They were very nice and accommodated an earlier check-in since we arrived a little early. The only issue we had was with the TV remote that wasn’t sure when it wanted to work. We called the front desk and someone came up within a few minutes and corrected the issue. He even provided us recommendations for our meal. All the attendants were friendly and helpful. Will try to stay here again if they have accommodations for us. "
