“The hotel is great, nice restaurant too. However parking is not nice. This is in downtown so parking is an issue. No attached garage, and the public parking spots had broken glass and homeless people laying there which was unsettling. We lucked out and found street parking in front of the hotel so it was easy to unload our luggage, and it’s free 8 pm to 8 am. If we had to park in the areas with all the broken glass I would have worried about my vehicle and not slept well. Staff was helpful....

“To be fair, there was an event happening all around the hotel which certainly impacted the feel and seclusion. The rooms look like they could use updating and polish - they were pretty banged up. No safe or closets in the room. No free water in the room though they did have carafes in the lobby. Our “river” view consisted of peeking very hard through a brush of trees to see a glimpse of river. Everyone seems pretty checked out here - no one to greet you or tell you how to valet - friendly enough...

“There were a lot of people in the hotel so kind of busy, and also hallway was little bit smelly Due to thrown away trash in the trashcan next to the elevator. However, the hotel itself was very nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.”
