โHorrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didnโt send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didnโt want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldnโt fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house...
โWhat a Gem. The room spacious and clean ( tub definitely needs elbow grease but thatโs why shower shoes are a thing). Overall, The entire team was amazing. Itโs a resort like feeling North of Manhattan. THE FOOD OMG where to begin nothing let me down over the four nights!!!! Friendly staff. Convenient Starbucks in the lobby. Of note, if you need your room cleaned you have to request it at the reception the day before service is needed โ
