"Overall it’s a great hotel with great qualities for its price range especially in NYC. However it does have its flaws parking is limited. It’s not located in the most cleanly of areas but where the hotel itself resides is clean. The microwave and coffee are in the lobby which makes warming up food or getting a cup of coffee awkward. There are ample food spots within walking distance and even laundromats for extended stays. "

"Sketchy. I asked for a 3:00 late check out and was told I could have it for $60 cash. No receipt. Walls paper thin. Could hear people talking outside our door and screamers at the party in the room next door. "

"One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed out. The bed was very comfortable. I was on the 7th floor and my view was unobstructed. Super quiet even though it’s located in a mall off the highway. Large suite and large bathroom. Beautiful experience. Would definitely stay here anytime I could. "

"We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."

"Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house next to it so we woke up and inconvenienced a family as well. Overall this the people who manage this booking was lazy and extremely unprofessional. I’m surprised we even got our refund."

"Put down a deposit with the understanding that the deposit would be back in my account within 24 hours. Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. Apartment was filthy, beds were used and not cleaned, bunch of appliances didn’t work, found a towel with stains potentially from bodily fluids.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Charged a cleaning fee on top of this for an apartment that wasn’t even cleaned prior to me staying there. A toilet that wasn’t even properly cleaned as there was brown water and the toilet wasn’t even flushing properly. There were also damages in the apartment that they don’t show. Hallway bathroom shower head came off and the water kept running and I had to fix it. They make you put down a deposit and cleaning fee just to advertise this a great place, etc but it’s all a lie. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I will be further reporting this so that no one else experiences this again. "

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take the risk to book this place make sure you come with own towels, toilet papers. They would not turn on the heat."
