Easy train to Garmisch. Quiet and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even had stamps for sale for our letters and postcards. Comfy hotel for the price. Staff was polite and the location was amazing. Only critique I have is they could clear the snow in the parking lots a little more so there’s more parking spots.

Beautiful Apartment close to town
Very cute second story 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with full kitchen. Beds were a little firm and pillows large but overall very nice accomidation.

Close to Garmisch. But, Garmisch is getting big and loosing it’s small town ambiance.

Grainau is very small, but it is next to Garmisch so there are a lot of dining and shopping options nearby. Grainau is a great place to stay to take advantage of the Zugspitze, Eibsee, etc.
