“Extremely Disappointing Stay!!!! I’m disappointed with my recent stay. I did not receive what I paid for, which is completely unacceptable. I specifically booked and paid for a king-size bed, but upon arrival I was given a double queen room instead. This was not what I agreed to, and it immediately set a negative tone for the stay.
