“The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. The resort itself was nice but everything from the food to the pool chairs were way to expensive. I've never stayed at a resort that pool chairs were rented. Water was $8-$10 per bottle! Ridiculous! Will not be back. Expedia did a great job helping us with flights and planning :)”

“There was 2 major leaks in the hallway exactly by room 306 Not only did it stink it was extremely wet and as we all was by water splashed down on us The TV in the room did not work The bathrooms got clogged day 1 The water pressure was extremely low And I saw a big roach or water bug in the hallway by our room I called 3 times to address the issue to no response We finally had to request management Very awful experience and this was my 4th time at this property”
