“Staff checking us in had a demeanor that she wanted to be somewhere else. When I notified her that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper she shrugged it off with no acknowledgement of received the information. The tile floor throughout the lobby to the elevator and in the elevator was filthy and shows stuck to it. Breakfast was good in the morning and I believe we interrupted the staff coming in to eat the leftovers during break despite a half hour left for guests as they all scattered...

“Breakfast was very sub par not hot or fresh. Beds had a lot of staining. Ac took awhile to get room cold. When asked for a fan was told there weren’t any. ”

“Room smelled stale upon entry. Running fan continuously seemed to help. A/C was extremely loud when it kicked in.”

“The bar staff, service, and drink prices were excellent! Our room was clean and the lobby was nice. All staff were courteous during our entire stay. The disappointment was the pool and workout areas. The pool was cloudy and did not look like it had been cleaned in a while and the workout area smelled bad. The rating would have been higher if not for these two areas. Breakfast is your standard, continental affair and fed us for free before hitting the road.”

“Absolutely no issues with the facilities; clean, new, spacious, great rates, cozy lobby area and great little breakfast/area. Only small snag was the unwillingness to put our parties’ 2 rooms close or at least on the same floor, either beforehand or at check-in (after telling me on the phone they couldn’t do it until we were there). We ended up on 2 different floors, didn’t seem at any point that they were ever going attempt to put the rooms close. Would still stay here again!”

“It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time.”
