“Check in was wonderful. We were greeted with a smile and the staff member was very helpful and patient with us.”

“What a bad experience. The place was a dump and the staff was like something out of a bad movie. We had a change in plans that forced us to find a hotel last minute during a busy big city weekend. Unfortunately this was the only option. Everything from foul smells, stained and dirty sheets, and a staff that seemed like they may be being trafficked. After one night we moved hotels and of course were refused a refund for the second night. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or even...

“Good breakfast. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Across from Kaufman (Royals) and Arrowhead if that's your thing. TV really didn't do anything. Turned on but no content. Wifi code I was given was incorrect. I didn't address these issues with the staff. Was really just there to sleep. Overall good value. ”

“The wifi was down the entire time. TV barely worked. Construction right outside our room. I was in town for a work trip and couldn't use my computer to work during the day.”

“Room was clean and looked great. Tissues were designed at the top beautifully like a flower but hated the thought of putting something on my face someone already touched on. Breakfast was good Saturday but they were so packed that on Sunday it was sparse. Pool was warm but dirty in the bottom. I would give it another shot if the rate was cheaper. ”

“Was in town for a sporting event. Great location and room was a good size and clean. Check in was an interesting experience. Very little interaction, very transactional and now clear guidelines given on how to find our room, and no information was provided regarding the breakfast facilities/times etc was given. Personally I find having an airpod in during a customer interaction a little unprofessional but I could just be old fashioned and used to the customer service of more recognized chains....
