"The hotel was very nice. Free breakfast was a plus. We paid $180 for a balcony room, but the balcony was overlooking the parking lot. Our only complaint is not good customer service. We checked in very late, around 10:00 pm. The gentleman at the desk checked us into the room, but was not very friendly. The room was very nice and clean, but the air conditioner was broken. In the morning, I notified a different gentleman at the desk and his only response was that we should have notified him at night. So we paid $180 for a hot, restless night."

"The property is well kept and extremely clean. One of the cleanest I have ever seen to my delight. The restaurant's menu was amazing and the food fresh and delicious. The only thing I wasn't happy was the fees and extra expenses that appeared out of the blue at the check out...In my opinion those things should have been included in the reservation. Overall the experience was outstanding."
