"The rooms were just okay, nothing special. We did have a corner room which was great and looked right out towards CBP. The shower was nice, water pressure good. The Nespresso machine was a plus. Overall, I would probably stay elsewhere and then just Uber to the casino.
There was an issue with the elevators being out of service for over an hour. We were on the 10th floor...
The casino was fine. There are smoking areas, and non-smoking areas. We did not find it overly smoky. The gaming areas were cleaned frequently and it was not difficult to find a server to get a cocktail. You do drink free when you are playing in most areas of the casino.
The casino bathrooms were not kept clean. Either the water or the soap dispenser at each sink did not work. There would be used paper towels and toilet paper all over the floors.
The food at Sports & Social (?) was very good. Servers were slow and forgot part of our order on two separate occasions. The bar staff was very nice.
We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at The Prime Rib with wonderful service, highly recommended this restaurant. If you've ever eaten at the steakhouse in a HR casino, this is far superior (IYKYK).
Our next trip we will stay somewhere else, but would return to the casino again."
