"When we got to our room, we found we had no hair dryer or hand towels. Upon trying to call the front desk about this, we discovered our phone was broken. We reported it, but it was not fixed during our 3 day stay. There was nothing in the room about the area, local restaurants or other helpful information. There was no tv guide, printed or on the tv. The only thing good about this hotel is its location. The staff, even the concierge could not answer our questions."

"Shower was clogged and so filled up that only one of our party even took a shower it was gross. The hair dryer didn’t work and looked like it had been taken from goodwill it was old and filthy the handle was all cruddy- I asked for a new dryer and the nice staff member brought it when we were walking out to check out about 50min later. the front staff were not very friendly rudely talking about others at the front desk also the instructions for the parking garage were confusing and I ended up paying extra for parking. The room next to ours was a storage room and staff were very noisy going in and out of it repeatedly from 11pm- 2am and then again early at 6am! So annoying. The hotel was clean and I appreciated the coffee and water in the lobby but all in all this was not a great stay and I will not use club quarters again."

"they were blood stains on the blanket (we noticed it on day 3) - no one told us to ask for cleaning we stayed there for 4 nights expecting a cleaning service??? this is hyatt how is that possible - breakfast was awful my mother didnt even go downstairs after we saw the breakfast - the breakfast area itself was nasty - the room smelled - the couch in the room was stained all over i didnt even sit on it once - overall im frasturated and mad because i chose hyatt for its realiabilty and quality all over the world."
