“I stayed for a night before heading to Vieques. The location was excellent, and I had a real blast at the waterpark that I didn't expect. I had requested an electric kettle and a microwave, and they promptly provided them. All the staff were kind, but I wish the front desk staffs could be a bit friendlier. Besides that slight letdown, I'd love to visit again."”

“Our five night stay at this beautiful resort was nothing less than breathtaking the beautiful views from our room the many dining options the endless amount of food and entertainment and the always helpful staff i have not one complaint when it comes to this resort we will be returning and bringing our family with us ”

“Our room was the first room where Adult Club only access started, and family access ended. The noise level was very loud from the family pool, and the ground level room and patio had NO VIEW other than shrubbery and other people walking by our patio area and looking/ listening as they walked by. ”

“Wynham Grand Rio Hotel is by far the best hotel experience l have ever had. I have to saythat the customers service was top of the line(At least my experience). They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back...
