I have travelled a lot in the UK all over, and I haven’t had such a perfect place, perfect accommodation with fare pricing of their delicious food. Kudos to the friendly and vibrant restaurant and hotel staff members.

The hotel was gorgeous with stunning views! It was disappointing the way the reception staff was rude! The rest of the staff were amazing! Only had an issue with checking in when it was implied i fraudulently booked because i couldnt locate my bank card.

Uninterrupted views of Loch from bedroom
Stunning location, right on edge of Loch Lomond at Luss. Assigned lovely Graham room (no. 9) which has uninterrupted views of Loch (for me, these are my favourite rooms). Bathroom had separate shower and full bath

We loved this resort! The Spa with a view of the Loch right from the Sauna made us choose the resort and it was lovely! The restaurant is also exceptional with great dinner and breakfast. We also enjoyed Scotch whisky at the fireplace. The staff were nice and pleasant. This is a walking distance from the Luss village. We also took a paddling tour of the Loch. This place is wonderful.

Love this hotel!
We love this hotel but haven’t been for fifteen years so we were hopeful it wouldn’t disappoint! It didn’t! It is still as lovely and friendly as always! Lovely views from every room. Comfortable good sized rooms and the food and view from the restaurant are both great!!

Lovely stay , as a smoker, & obviously happy to oblige in non smoking, there was an ashtray in the balcony , so bit confusing. Only one bottle of water in mini bar. Could not find current room service menu easily. No slippers. But fantastic staff, very helpful reception staff. Restaurant staff were also perfect.

On arrival found the receptionist cold and basic I room broken chair on balcony beautiful views , was a bit put off by the dogs in the restaurant I’m fully aware this is dog friendly but as a dog owner myself I don’t want to be listen to dogs bark at each other all through my meal . Breakfast was terrible basic buffet had to wait in a queue for a cup of coffee with my cup ! While my already cold breakfast got colder what happened Tuesday to be a pleasure to stay

Overall a good hotel in a lovely location. It was easy to get to by car from Glasgow Airport, and had plenty of parking. The front of house staff were pleasant and professional, although not overly welcoming or friendly. Restaurant and bar staff however were more engaging with customers. Food and drinks were good, and of high standard, with a reasonable choice if staying for a few days. The surrounding area is beautiful, although as we were visiting out of season, a number of the attractions were closed. The hotel has invested in a new spa facility, although one main criticism is that there is an additional charge for hotel residents to use it - considering the cost of the accommodation, and additional spend you're likely to make at the venue, the additional hourly rate expected to use the regular spa facilities seemed excessive and not necessary. The room we had was fine, with a good view over the Loch, although was in need of refurbishment. Indeed while we visited, the builders were refurbing rooms on our floor (without causing disruption to guests, I should add). Overall a good venue, although could make a few adjustments to improve and meet expectations for a property of this cost.

Lovely room need balcony room though view of loch amazing hotel parking very tight and hotel dining like cafe style not so nice evening but food ok it was the room that made this hotel as said must have balcony room otherwise just a normal hotel , breakfast was ok

Room Lovely, dressing gowns were so rough they could stand up themselves. We had an error code on our heater, called reception got a call bk to say night porter would come, still waiting. It was so cold as temp were really low during the night. Didnt even offer another heater. Emailed a complaint, no reply as yet Dinner staff have no direction from manager, 4 ppl served us, then they didnt add food to bill, we had to tell them. Bar very slow, only 1 person on who was making drinks for restaurant & bar, glasses lying on tables for hrs. B/fast was much more organised

Excellent experience, will definitely recomand!
Really good location. The staff is super friendly. Our room is amazing with one of the best views of the Lake, even there is a Sauna in the room. Absolutely love it. We dined in the hotel restaurant, the food is great.

Small points to improve
We stayed in the executive suite. It was nice ans spacious... Bed was comfortable couple of things tv looked like someone had knocked over as it was squint. The balcony dood the beading around door fell off. The toilet roll holder fell off which i managed to fix. Reason i mention these if your paying £159 a night you expect a better standard. Evening meal my wife enjoyed her meal (chicken) i ordered chicken bhuna, chef needs to review what chicken bhuna ingredients are not good. Morning was stunning to wake up to the view of the Loch. Breakfast had to go a remind them that know one had taken our order after waiting 20 mins. Breafast was nice my wife had fish and enjoyed it. Didn't like ghe fact i had to go and get my own coffee and toast. With the strict rules of covid not a good idea to have everyone wandering about. Surely not to difficult to serve coffee and toast. Overall would i be back dont know which is a real shame its just a question of value for money and service. The location is fantastic...

We reached at 2.15 and room is not ready, but told us guaranteed 3pm check in so we hang around the hotel vicinity. Room is nice and spacious with wood interior (lodge feel), facing Loch Lomond, Bed is big and comfortable too! And a point to note is that there is no elevator for your luggage (if any).

The hotel have an amazing location and great restaurant. That’s all what I enjoyed. Room wasn’t in good condition: marks on carpet, damaged sofa and chair, extremely damaged coffee table. Toilet made a sound as on airplane. Plugs didn’t work so we couldn’t even charged our phones. Also till paying the bill in the end of stay we hadn’t been informed that we should pay for dog additional £25. Tips for restaurant also were included in the bill, but how we could know if nobody told us (leave tips at the dinner so paid tips twice). Restaurant has menu for the deal for 2 courses, we ordered one each person, but anyway paid for 2 which is £25 each. I would not worry about money if I enjoyed all and was informed before the charge. Also I don’t think I’ll use Expedia next time because we were looking for next hotel and I found by accident that the same deal for the same dates in this hotel could cost cheaper for £36 if we booked later but we paid non-refundable deposit for “great” deal 2 weeks ago.

Excellent location
Excellent location on the lake - beautiful views of lake and mountains when having dinner / breakfast. Friendly staff - but could be more attentive to customers needs in the restaurant. However, our room was not in main part of Lodge and this was inconvenient when going for dinner and breakfast as it was raining. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

La habitación tenía unas vistas maravillosas al lago, aunque consideramos que fue un poco caro para lo ofrecido. El acceso a la habitación era un poco laberíntico y con muchas escaleras. La comida del restaurante estaba muy buena, pero teniendo en cuenta que envían emails incidiendo en que es excelente, esperábamos algo más.

Staying at the lodge on Loch Lomand was a perfect end to our holiday, a bit of perfect luxury and a wonderful place to stay with a beautiful view over the loch, loved using the leisure club facilities too
