Checking in - one of the women (I think their name started with a K) was abit abrupt/cold, came off a bit rude. The other guy was nicer (I overheard him with guests)

Hyvän hintalaatusuhteen hotelli
Oikein toimiva hotellikokonaisuus, ihana allasalue ja valtavan kokoinen uima-allas. Hyvät allasravintolat ja myös hyvät iltaravintolat, oikein toimiva perhehotelli. Kiva että hotellilla myös iltaisin järjestettyä ohjelmaa. Hotellin ihan vieressä oleva kauppa oli myös tosi näppärä. Itse Ixia oli itsessään aika tylsä kohde, lähellä ei parin minigolfin ja rannan lisäksi juuri muuta... toki ravintoloita ja perus turistikauppoja useampi mutta ei muuten mitään erityistä nähtävää. Toki yhteydet Rodoksen kaupunkiin tai muualle toimivat helposti taxilla tai bussilla. Hotelli jo hieman kaipaa remonttia ja päivitystä. Mutta sinänsä paikat olivat aika siistit. Kylpyhuoneen suihkuverho ei enää ihan tätä päivää muun muassa. Sängyt olivat loistavat nukkua ja tyynytkin hyvät, mutta kovasti olisin kaivannut parempaa peittoa kuin ohut fleeceviltti etenkin kun ilmastointi sen verran viilentävä että kylmä meinasi öisin olla ja jos taas ilmastointi ei päällä niin ilmanvaihto ihan olematon huoneessa.

The grounds and many pools were beautiful. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The daily events could have been posted more clearly so new people would know about them.

Buen hotel para unas vacaciones
El hotel se encuentra en un área con muchísima vegetación y muy bien cuidada. La habitación doble superior con vista parcial al mar es amplia, bien equipada, con un balcón con 2 reposeras. Las instalaciones del hotel son amplias con varios restaurantes y bares y una piscina muy amplia en el centro del hotel. El personal es muy atento. La limpieza y arreglos de cuartos es muy buena. El desayuno buffet es abundante, variado y de buena calidad. Cuenta con un supermarket muy bien surtido. Amplia playa de estacionamiento de vehículos. Muy buena relacion precio - servicios. Hay dos detalles que hoy estan superados en la hotelería de este nivel y que aun n o implementaron, uno es que las cerraduras de las habitaciones no son electronicas y obliga a llevar una llave clasica con un incomodo y pesado conector para la electricidad del cuarto. El otro es el referido a la caja de seguridad, que tiene cerradura por llave y con el agravante que tiene un costo extra diario, importe este que es insignificante para el viajero (€ 2), pero que es irritante, mas que en la pagina e Hotels figura como equipamiento del cuarto. Volveria a repetir

Well run, clean but slightly dated rooms. Breakfast great. front desk very helpful. I did not use the swimming pool but looks very pleasant.

Bodde i dubbelrum anser det vara 3*. Internet svajigt. Aircon i rummet hade hög ljudnivå. Beläggning på poolväggarna kändes ofräscht. Mycket barnfamiljer, inget för er som vill ha lugn och ro. Frukosten sådär men gott kaffe. Hotellets supermarket är svindyrt. På plussidan Bra service och städning. Trevlig personal. Nära till busshållplats. Tog ca 10 min in till Rhodos stad. Åkte in varje kväll. Hotellet är inte 4-stjärnigt

Hieman vanhanaikainen hotelli. Altaas oli hyvät, tosin merivesiallas todella suolainen. Hotellin ympäröimä puutarha on kaunis. Leikkipuisto oli ihan hyvä ja ravintolat ihan ok. Todella meluisa. Sanoisin että lapsiperheelle ihan jees.

Fantastic stay at the Dionysos Hotel, its conveniently located with just enough shops and restaurants nearby. There is a small supermarket at the entrance to the hotel and the beach is just at the end of the road. We had an issue with the air con in the room and we were moved straight away to a different room with no issues what so ever. Food, drinks everything is just perfect, we will definitely be going back there soon.

The hotel was spacious, with a great pool and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Kiosks with food/drinks were understaffed however. Despite the people working there were very good, they clearly need support to handle all these customers

Enjoyable week at the Dionysos Hotel
Lovely older hotel but very well maintained. Lush gardens and a fabulous central pool with a few restaurants and bars dotted around. Food at the restaurants was probably better than the local places. Friendliest staff we've ever encountered and cleaners who never stop cleaning the place. 10 euro taxi ride into Rhodes Town.

Right near the beach but not on the road so it's nice and quiet when you want it to be! Great pool, great food and drink options. Solid breakfast selection. Would come again!

Hotelli sinänsä ok, mutta muut asukkaat metelöivät käytävillä myöhään illalla ja taas aikaisin aamulla. Korvatulpat pakolliset. Ravintolat ja kaupat yllättävän kaukana, lukuunottamatta kallista hotellin minimarkettia. Aamupala oli oikein monipuolinen ja päivittäin oli vähän vaihtelua.

L'accueil a été très courtois et professionnel ; le petit déjeuner était très bien. L'ensemble est vaste et bien entretenu même si certaines parties sont un peu vieillotte. Sur 4 nuits, ma chambre, vaste avec un grand balcon, n'a été faite qu'une fois, et j'ai trouvé que le matelas était trop dur.

The hotel appears to be somewhat old, with the rooms requiring considerable upgrade. The breakfast is very average, the food is plentiful, but the food/drinks quality was generally poor. The wifi was very poor, since we often struggled to benefit from a proper connection in several locations including our room. The hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. We were initially excited to come over, but it turned out to be somewhat disappointing.

D’abord logés dans une chambre subissant des problématiques (fuite, électricité, propreté), la responsable de la réception a pris contact avec moi afin de nous surclasser et a fait le nécessaire pour réparer la chambre. Nous avons donc pu loger dans une chambre d’un standing un peu plus élevé ce qui est fort agréable. J’ai seulement été mécontent du personnel d’entretien qui ne sont pas très aimables et ont même oubliés de verrouiller notre chambre durant toute une journée ! Cela dénote du reste de l’équipe qui est très sympathique et surtout un grand merci aux personnels de la réception qui ont pris de nos nouvelles quotidiennement et qui se pliaient en quatre dès qu’un « soucis » était évoqué ! Nous avons donc passé de bonnes vacances dans cet hôtel bien qu’un petit coup de rafraîchissement ne lui ferai pas de mal.

beautiful gardens surrounding hotel. Room well equipped but bathroom in need of upgrade. Internet patchy in room and not always good in main areas. Breakfast food plentiful , no fresh cook station though. 3 restaurants - food good. Entertainment disappointing-, saxophonist and magician unappealing. Staff very helpful.

Excellent, well managed hotel. Service a bit slow at times in bars and restaurants, complained, and F&B Manager met me to hear of the problems, and compensated me by means of a voucher off a meal which was good, and unexpected.

The hotel grounds were beautiful, the pools are clean, the rooms were okay... The problem we encountered was the there were cats in the dining areas... The smell of cat urine was evident around the grounds..

Take a travel kettle, they only provide 1980's filter coffee makers. The evening/night-time receptionist not very helpful. Wonderfully established mature gardens, kids play area, crazy golf, tenis courts. Breakfast was included for what we paid, you can go half-board, mexican fantastic and the other two resteraunts delicious. Not many resteraunts and nightlife down on the coast road and its very busy with noisy traffic. Bus easy to catch into Rhodes where you can transit to other parts of the island from the bus station. Visit Rhodes old town in the morning, cruise ships arrive in the afternoon's and it gets very busy. Overall loved the Dionysos, peaceful and so relaxing.

Allasalue oli mukava ja sitä pidettiin siistinä. Muuallakin oli siistiä. Meillä kävi huono tuuri huoneen kanssa, koska siellä haisi pinttyneelle tupakalle ja sieltä löytyi yksi torakka. Ystäviemme huoneessa samassa kerroksessa ei ollut samoja ongelmia. Huonettamme tultiin kyllä siivoamaan saman tien. Huoneesta oli mukavat näkymät merelle ja altaalle. Kylpyamme oli kiva.

Mukava hotelli rauhallisella paikalla perhematkalle. Kiva allasalue, useampia ravintoloita ja yleisilme siisti. Ei mikään uusin ja modernein hotelli ja henkilökuntaa olisi vilkkaampina hetkinä voinut olla enemmän, mutta kokonaisuudessaan positiivinen kokemus.
