저렴한 가격에 바다뷰를 볼 수 있는 호텔
중간에 숙소 예약 변경을 했는데 그 구분 반영된걸 호텔측에서 확인 못해서 문제가 좀 있었어요. 다른 부분은 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았어요.

위치도 시내 중심에서 걸어서 5분. 리셉션에서 많은 도움을 주셔서 덕분에 즐거운 여행하고 갑니다. 아침은 그다지 맛있지는 않았지만 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 그 가격이라고 믿어지지 않았습니다. 이라클리온에 간다면 크로노스 호텔 강추!!

Absolutely the nicest people. It was like being in your own home. Great little foyer to have a coffee. And chat to staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. Everywhere we ate was delicious. Hop on hop off bus walking distance. The perfect place to stay.

Staff were delightful and helpful. They arranged a car rental for us, held our luggage and made us comfortable after checkout, and offered friendly advice. Property is a little dated but was walkable from the pier and the view from our balcony was unbeatable.

Oikein mukava pienehkö hotelli. Suhteellisen rauhallinen ympäristö, hyvin sain nukuttua. Ihana henkilökunta ja hyvä tunnelma. Varasin huoneen kaupunkinäkymällä, mutta parvekkeelta näkyi mertakin. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et très serviable, l’hôtel n’est pas mal mais les salles de bain sont trop petites et surtout à rénover. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top mais prendre une chambre vue mer.

Great for the budget traveller
Conveniently located a short walk from the port, the hotel was comfortable and included breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful and even provided a map of the area.

Staff was brilliant and location almost perfect. It was a bit noisy from traffic. Otherwise, the location was next to everything - buses, shops, restaurants, and port. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfasts were varied with plenty of coffee!

Katarina at the front desk was very welcoming. We were very to find a parking spot just outside the hotel which is very close to so many of the must do things in Heraklion. This hotel is an honest tourist hotel. Beds are clean and comfortable, quiet at night with efficient air con. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Coffee was good! This is not pretending to be anything else but an honest 1-2 night hotel for the traveler not a resort hotel but that wasn’t what we needed. Thank you for a great stay.

Struttura fatiscente, con la finestra del bagno che da nel corridoio dell’hotel affacciandosi sulle porte delle altre camere. Bagno minuscolo e datato, in quanto il wc aveva dei rappezzi, e inoltre emanava un odore sgradevole. Inoltre, i letti molto scomodi e cuscini come se non esistessero. Le uniche cose positive è la vicinanza al centro, davvero pochi metri dai locali più centrali, la colazione e la possibilità del parcheggio gratuito, anche se distante dalla struttura

Close enough to the port and the city life of downtown, but far enough to rest in the night. Breakfast is good and the personnel very kind. Bed was very big and very comfy.

The hotel is quite old and our room wasn’t at the level we expected. The seaside view was nice but the interior of the room quite old and not well maintained. From this kind of hotel we expected definitely more. The staff and the receptionists have been very kind!!

Sul lungomare di Heraklion
Buona struttura sul lungomare di Heraklion, in posizione molto comoda per muoversi nel centro (dai monumenti della Città allo straordinario museo archeologico). Le stanze sono semplici, ma ben accessoriate, dotate di balcone, in alcuni casi con bella vista mare. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Buona e varia la prima colazione. Qualche piccolo difetto (il nostro condizionatore era un po' rumoroso) non modifica il giudizio complessivamente molto positivo.

Wonderful stay
Very welcoming, friendly and informative staff who were always willing to help. Even helped us to bring our luggage out of your car and bring it up the elevator to our room as we had several. Offered complimentary coffee and a water refill station. Room was a good size for 3 people. Central location to the port, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend this hotel.

シャワー室の排水が良くありませんでしたが、最終日には改善しました。 そのほかは全く問題ありません。 窓をしっかり閉めていれば、騒音は気になりませんでした。部屋が広く、清潔です。朝食も新鮮でおいしい。スタッフは親切です。町の中心部へのアクセスが良い。ホテルを発見しやすいところにあります。宿泊価格はリーズナブルです。

Central location, very convenient. So many restaurants within walking distance. City center is a few minutes walk and the Venetian sea fortress is right across the street. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Nikos. He's always smiling and offers help! Speaks great English.

The Kronos hotel has many positives: the location, very close to the harbor (great view available), the old town (5min walk), and the ferries (10min); the service, very friendly and welcoming. However, this is an older hotel that could benefit from some renovation - the building itself, the bathroom... But it's very reasonably priced. So, it all depends on what you need the hotel for: for me, location was #1, and then all I needed was a bed as I was always gone during the day, so for me, this hotel was great.

This place should be half the price it was. Very run down, super loud and can hear the people next door. The property was pretty shabby, the TV in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was nothing special. Only redeeming factors were the kind staff and good location.
