“First, I don't think I've ever had such a quick and pleasant check-in. The young woman was very warm and empathetic to us. We're semi-elderly and don't do well carrying things up steps (no elevator) so she put us literally right inside the back entrance. Second, absolutely the best shower on the road. As hot as you want, and the water pressure is unbelievable. So wonderful. Now, the refrigerator. A real two part unit with an actual freezer on top, refroze my ice packs solid. “Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances.”

“Nice newly renovated rooms!! Clean, rooms, clean casino, great concert venue. We will be back. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Our only criticism would be that the walls are thin and the gap in door allows for sound to travel in easily. I wish they had a pool!!!”
