"Check in was a bit rough, we got there late and there was no bedding for the pull out bed for the kids, it took over 20 mins for the front desk to answer, we did finally get bedding about an hour after we got to our room between waiting for someone to answer and it showing up. Our kids were tired and cranky waiting on bedding, which just didn’t start the trip the best. The parking lots are always very full so sometimes you have to walk a building or two over to get to your room. Not the hotels fault but people run down when the pool opens at 8 and put towels on all the chairs so good luck finding a place to sit at the pool by like 10 am! Otherwise it’s clean and decently updated, definitely not as secure as others I’ve stayed at but I’d probably stay there again for that price. "

"Amazing stay! The room was perfect, the bed super comfortable. We were on the first floor and steps away from the pool. Immaculate exterior, well maintained. Super clean inside and out. The owner, Peter, was great!"

"24/7 pool and jacuzzi super cool , still interior was old outdated and dingy depressing tv from Early 2000 , hot tub was old and too big and took forever the small water spout to fill the tub , it’s like they installed a large tub but with a tiny water spout , no fun I was cold in the jacuzzi waiting for it to be filled up , space was nice , pots and pans , full kitchen , it needs major updates … do not recommend "

"The bathroom was filthy, an old bar of soap was on the floor of the shower with hair on it. There were NO blankets. It was noisy outside of our room until 2 am. Just overall horrible. I wish I could get a refund!"

"I would never stay at this property. I felt so unsafe and dirty I lost out on all the money I spent and stayed at a different resort. The area immediately around felt unsafe. Was a hotel people live in. Property grounds were incredibly dirty. Front staff was short and rude. Please don’t stay here. "

"I did “not” stay at this hotel/motel, although I did arrive for check in (I stayed at the Ambassador Inn instead) because they informed me that they did not have any rooms available. They said that the third party booking, overbooked them and they still charged my card for the full amount, which is unacceptable."
