โLovely and clean throughout, very cosy single bed and room. Very friendly hosts, Linda and Tony. Good for parking on-site. Great breakfast individually cooked. Easy access into Blackpool and close to M 55.โ

โFab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!โ

โCheck-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. โ

โVery friendly host and instructions were easy to understand. Building kinda old though but we felt secured during our stay. Will stay here again when we visit Blackpool in the future!โ

โNice little hotel, bed was comfortable. We had a small double for the night and it was absolutely fine for our needs. Staff are good and looked after us well. Can't fault it at all for what we paid and parking available across the road, so unlike hotels in the centee of town you will always be handy for your car.โ

โWhat can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...
โWe have just returned from a 2 night stay. The hotel was comfortable and very reasonably priced and with a breakfast included. The owner Kaz is lovely, he is really friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return. Thank you Kaz for a really enjoyable stay. โ
