"The room was spotless, bed and pillows comfy, shower very nice, and plenty of lovely towels, good temperature control. Front desk was very friendly and courteous. My only complaint is that there are not enough valets to fetch cars, especially considering the very steep price- plus tips of course, as it's not the valets' fault. Otherwise, the property was perfect. I would definitely book there again but probably would use a ride service rather than rent a car."

The check in staff did not appeare to be as knowledgeable as should be and seemed apathetic to our needs. We checked in later in the evening. They only had one person at the makeshift desk at any time. "
