Took us 2 hours to get settle due to the parking being in another hotel, blankets are dirty they had hair everywhere. The person at the front desk needs more training. Other than that I spend a great time walking and being at the plaza..

Trufla Room Is Loud
The Cacao room doesn't have internet access but its private and quiet. Tulfa room is loud. The kitchen and dinning room is on the other side of your room. Expect to hear it all in the AM.. The lobby plays loud bad Mexico music.

Buena estancia , magnífica vista
La vista de la ciudad que tiene el hotel es increíble , vale la pena. Para llegar al hotel tienes que subir escaleras que para alguien no muy deportista la verdad son muy cansadas. El hotel está en el mero corazón de la ciudad por lo que el estacionamiento no está en el mismo lugar del hotel. El estacionamiento está como a 850 metros caminando , con maletas es complicado. Lo mejor es dejar las maletas en el hotel y luego llevar el auto al estacionamiento ya sin maletas. El ruido de la ciudad si se escucha en la noche , pero si eres de sueño pesado no hay problema. El personal del hotel es muy amable y apoyan en todo.

All ok but this hotel is for young peaple, it has to menny staires to clime. Not for elderly peapole.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. I was able to walk to the gallery I was exhibiting at, as well as all of the local event happening at the Cervantino. This place was great and a great deal. I would recommend the Hotel.

The hotel is very close to the center of town and has a lovely view over the church in front of it. The staff was friendly and our room was very clean. We would stay there again. A little difficult to find when arriving because there aren’t any signs at the entrance walkway. Be prepared for stairs at the hotel and all around the city.

Vallet parking is not at this location nor is it vallet parking. You park yourself at a location 15 min away and wait for transportation that charges you per trip. Hot water takes close to 10 min to come out. The room had a humid odor.

Muchas escaleras para subir al hotel, además aunque te ofrecen estacionamiento, te cobran por llevarte y traerte al hotel ($70 el traslado) además que es tardado.

The hotel suite on top was AMAZING! Privacy all around and the best view possible. Only one thing was difficult and it was the steps walking up after a long day.

Desde una semana anticipada estuvieron muy insistentes con la forma de pago y que se dejara liquidado, cuando se indicó en expedía que se pagaría al llegar a la propiedad. 3 días antes de llegar a hospedarme estuvieron insistentes con que se realizara el pago, sino nos cancelarían el hospedaje. Tuvimos que darles datos bancarios para que se pudiera pagar la habitación y asegurar nuestra estadía en ese hotel, más sin embargo, no se pudieron realizar los pagos debido a la terminal de ellos. No cuentan con estacionamiento propio en la propiedad, sino que te mandan a dejar tu auto en otro hotel hermano de ellos (lo cual si se encuentra lejos). Tienes que pagar por que te lleven y traigan a la instalación, NO es conveniente llevar carro. De entrada incluye un desayuno continental que parece más una burla! Parecía desayuno infantil, un hotcake de un tamaño demasiado chico y muy delgado, la fruta en gajos era casi nada, y café que sabía demasiado rebajado. Es conveniente que mejor no se tomen la molestia de ofrecer ese tipo de desayunos continentales porque es muy desagradable a la vista y al paladar. La vista es increíble de noche y de día, pero supongo que todo eso es el precio que se debe de pagar por pasar una noche ahí. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!

Tiene una vista hermosa a la ciudad, habitaciones con balcón les da mucho valor. El personal muy amable en todo momento y las habitaciones son muy bonitas. Está a espaldas de lo más emblemático de la ciudad por lo que te puedes trasladar caminando. Lo único a considerar son los escalones es importante tener en cuenta que deben de tener condición, de ahí en fuera todo excelente, me volvería a hospedar en el!!!

The hotel has a beautiful panoramic view of the city of Guanajuato. It is located in the heart of the city and you have everything at hand, fun, food, history, really beautiful. The only thing is that you must be ready to climb many many steps other than that everything is very nice. Oh and the attention of the staff is excellen.
