We had a great experience here. The hotel has everything we need. The staff very friendly and helpful for us. The location is also excellent, next to the sites for shopping. Metro and train station is in front of the hotel. Thank you for your kindness.

Great Hotel

Great Hotel for people who travel by train. The hotel is located directly next to the railstation and the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and tidy. If I come to Guangzhou by train, I will stay here again.

clean and pleasant stay with friendly service

overall we has a pleasant experience. The reception was good. Li Mann was very helpful with shopping guidance. The air conditioning cannot be controlled. It was a bit too warm for us in the early evening but the room did get cooler closer to morning. The shower head was a bit slow and the room is not big but the price and service made up for any deficit.

Wifi is the forest most time doesn't work. Water pressure is so low almost impossible to take a shower. The room I was stay the flooring desperately need relace.

Dirty hotel room

The cleanliness of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. There is clearly flood damage in the room, yet they still allowed this room to be rented out. Wallpaper near the windows was wet and falling down. The carpets was wet and dirty. I think they know hence they provided slippers for us. During our 1 night stay there. There was a few mosquitoes in our room despite the air con being on the lowest and the mosquito repellent plug being put on. Another minus for this hotel is that although it is next to the train station. To try a get a taxi of didi (Chinese Uber or grab) is extremely difficult as the policemen outside do not allow the cars to stop there
