“This property was not at all where Expedia said it was. I ended up getting a message on WhatsApp and had to follow a video to get to the property. It was in a small alley and no directions. Had to use context clues to find a restaurant that was in the video and follow from there. We were waiting by the door for a while because someone had to come unlock it for us. I booked the top room and got the room under it. The top room was taken. I ended up becoming extremely disappointed with this because...

“The house is dirty, smells humid, dust everywhere, no hot water after 1 minute of shower, no a/c, everything is old and outdated, sheets and towels were stained, it’s in the middle of nowhere in the jungle. We found a scorpion in the bedroom. The only good thing is who manages de property, that service is amazing and will help you get everything organized and scheduled, but the actual property is not at all how it seems in the photos. “okay so let's start with cleanliness. it's obvious the house wasn't cleaned before we got there or the sheets. The bed sheets smelled dusty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The shower had someone's else hair on the walls and floor. The pool was not heated even though it did say it was. There's no tv which was okay to disconnect. there's no AC which was fine since it was cool at night and they did provide a fan. definitely make sure to stop by the supermarket to get food because restaurants...
