“The place is clean and it’s a nice retreat place”

“From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this...

“Tuvimos un fin de semana en familia muy agusto..la comida muy rica ,buen servicio y el lugar es muy lindo tiene un poco de todo pra disfrutar tu estancia..el cenote me encanta. ”

“This is a 5-star property on the outside but 3 on the inside. The place is well-maintained and located but we had issues with the air conditioning throughout our 3-night stay that did not allow my family to have a good night sleep. I know that issues like this might happen in a beach front property but the staff, although tried to fix it the best they could, had no special courtesy to us after this disturbing incident…not what you will expect from a hotel declared 5 stars.”

“The staff was very helpful and courteous, five stars. The rooms were clean, the breakfast and dinner (a little on the pricey side) were ok. The location is excellent, less than a five minute walk to the Uxmal ruins. Overall, we had a very nice stay.”
