"Very nice accommodations and courteous staff. They were all kind and eager to help. Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well."

"The location and view are fantastic. The room itself is small but looks fairly good. However, keep in mind that this is not a typical hotel. As in it is only 2 floors of a mixed residential building and does not have almost any amenities. It feels more like two floors of airbnbs with a tiny front desk. The front desk refused to give us a remote for the aircon even though the room had no air circulation during winter time. They claimed it was unavailable during winter. I could not sleep in a stuffy room and contacted expedia. Once expedia stepped in they instantly gave us the aircon remote and it worked fine. We also asked for extra blankets and pillows, but they only gave us scratchy think blankets without any covers. Overall, if you are there just for a very short time, it will be fine. Just don’t expect good service"

"The stay was very pleasant , the location of the hotel was so happening and we have a room with a wonderful ocean view , the staff here was attentive and polite.The room and toilet are clean. Will plan to stay here again in my next trip."

"The room was large, by Korean standards. It even had a small bathtub! We had a beautiful view of the beach, which was a short walk from our room. There was easy access to Gamcheon Village by bus. Breakfast had a large variety of hot, delicious foods."
