"Beautiful property just like the reviews and Instagram reviews. Our stay was too short but exceeded expectations, we had an amazing time. Hotel staff very helpful and courteous and speak English is a plus! We were there for one night but we will definitely book this hotel again!"

"- Great location - Club Lounge staff amazing. - 30,000krw for 2 hours to use a Cabana by the pool is ridiculous, across 10 days we did not see a single person use them. - Closing the pool for 1 hr at Midday and 10 minutes every hr on the hr is odd. - The 3 outdoor pools/spas were out of action for 3 days"

"The view was spectacular and the suite was very large. However, despite booking for 5 people, there were only two beds. Yep of my children slept on bed rolls. I know things are a little different in Korea but it’s important to know for international travellers. Additionally, all electronic controls (heat/cool/lights etc) are in Korean so tricky to navigate. Location was perfect and views were obviously stunning."
