Good value and comfort

For the price of a hostel, this hotel was a comfortable and convenient choice. Breakfast included, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Being and older building the noise from within the hotel can be quite loud but ear plugs will fix that. The toilet may talk to you during the night due to the older plumbing system. (sounds only)

Great location, easy helpful staff. Nice big room with tv and comfy beds. Breakfast was ok, not great. But you can't expect much for this price. Would recommend!

Tolles, sauberes Hotel, große Zimmer, super günstig! Alex Hotel Halong Großes Zimmer mit zwei großen Betten (entweder zwei schmale Doppelbetten oder zwei riesige Einzelbetten. Egal, sauber und bequem. Großes Bad - mit Licht! Also einer funktionierenden Glühbirne und einem Spiegel! Das hat Seltenheitscharakter in Vietnam. Zimmer ist sauber. Wir haben ein „deluxe Zimmer“ für 12$ gebucht, das sei aber nicht frei, sagt der Mitarbeiter, daher bekommen wir noch mal einen Rabatt und zahlen nur 9$! Das Frühstück ist nicht der Rede wert. Bekommen ungefragt ein Omelette hingestellt mit trockenen Toastscheiben. Kaffee ist ehr Brühe, Milch gibts nicht. Aber OK, bei dem Preis. Nebenan gibts günstigen, super Kaffee.

少し静か通りに面していて、私が泊まった部屋からはローカルの方の生活が垣間見えたり、飼っている鳥のさえずりが朝気持ちよいです。朝食は選択肢はないです。座ったら出された物を食べるだけです。部屋には防音ではなく2泊しましたが、2泊とも夜中に話し声が響いてきて眠れませんでした。 何はともあれスタッフはみな親切でしたし、お値段もお安くお得感はあります。部屋も広く天井高くてよい感じです。

가격보다 괜찮은장소. 에어컨 잘 나오고 직원들 친절하다. 조식은 샌드위치 먹을만하다. 이곳에서 하롱투어를 예약하는것은 피하길 바란다. 하노이 원데이 투어와 가격 차이가 없기 때문이다. 하롱투어 4시간 그리고 하노이까지 이동하는 비용이 7~8만원정도. 주변 볼것도 없고 인근 슈퍼보다 호텔 맥주음료가 더 싸다. 주변 상점 주인들 바가지 씌우니 호텔서비스 이용하는것을 강추 음료 만동 맥주 만 이천동

The staff over there were very friendly and helpful. They also offered the bay tours at the hotel with reasonable price. The location is close to most attractions that you can take 5' taxi or a 30' walk. I booked 2 rooms and they both were clean and spacious. However, my room had a very bad smell in the bathroom. I guess it was because of some leak in the toilet. They should fix this. The other room was fine. If there was not the smell problem, I would give them a 5 star rating.
