The hotel and room was beautiful. However, the food was not up to the standard of Vietnamese or Western cuisine. It lacked the correct taste/seasoning. For an area such as Ha Long bay where the food options are not plentiful like Hanoi, the hotel must improve their overall food experience.

Everything was good except they did not properly instruct our non speaking taxi driver that they arranged for transport to Hanoi airport and he took us to the wrong terminal after giving them correct information. Very annoying
