"The room was semi clean but that was the only ok part. The rooms are not like the pictures. The lock in the window in the bathroom was broken as well as there being bugs in the bathroom. The pools were closed for chemical treatment, which was not told to us or posted anywhere before checking in, I was still charged the full “resort fee”. When I called to talk to someone I was hung up on by the front desk and they blocked my number so I can no longer call. Very unprofessional service."

"The motel is located very close to the attractions on Main Street, Hyannis; walkable distance. The room was spacious and clean, newly renovated bathroom. Some noise from the street, but the rooms are set back, so not a disturbance. The guests were a bit noisy in the early evening, but quiet by 9PM.
So a good value for a place to stay during a Cape visit."
