"The facility and staff were wonderful. They have a public bath separated by men and women with all the amenities you would need, the baths aren’t big probably wouldn’t fit more than 3-4 people at a time. But due to many rooms having their own bath plus the private ones we can reserve it is never crowded. Only once did I see another guest using the bath when I went during my 2 night stay. "While this hotel is at some distance from Motohakone (20mins easy walk on a mostly flat road), we found the property absolutely gorgeous, the lakeside views priceless, and the onsen just perfect.
