A really great family hotel in the heart of Hakone. It’s very clean, the staff are absolutely amazing and the kids can enjoy free access to Yunessun (the onsen water park next door). HAKONE Setsugetsuka
Had a high corner room with view. Very clean. Hotel provided a lot of amenities for use during stay. Chose to experience local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend Gora Brewery for dinner. Hotel staff very helpful with suggestions and guidance, especially Shohei at front desk.
