“Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. ”

“Anhand der Adresse gut zu finden. Allerdings kein Schild oder Hinweis am Haus mit der Bezeichnung Guest house Orlihome oder wo und wie man sich bemerkbar machen soll. Offensichtlich handelt es sich um Apartments in einem Mietshaus. Wir mussten anrufen. Der Vermieter kam dann binnen weniger Minuten. Ein Hinweis in der Buchung, dass man anrufen muss, wäre gut. Zimmer mit kleiner Küche und Bad war an sich ok. Preis war aber schon recht ordentlich. Leider haben wir abends in der Küche Kakerlaken...

The bathroom was full of mold (we complained and no one came back to clean), mattress and bedding with stains of urine!! (we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same...
