“Good location and that’s about it… This hotel has seen better days. Everything needs an update. Was shocked to see on the last day while I was leaving that the new sheets for each room were left on the floor on the old carpet in front of each room for housekeeping to change.”

“Our second visit and it again was spacious, clean and flexible accommodation and the whole property is very well maintained. Having the Lemon Tree restaurant on site is also great; we had a special celebration there - food and choice was great. Only thing I didn’t think about was I booked a 1 bed apartment for my 91 year old mother in law and hadn’t realised there were apartments that had the bedroom upstairs (I hadn’t made any special requests). “This hotel was very excellent overall. I truly loved the pool and all the extras that come with it. The gym is honestly superior to all I've seen. The beds were very very comfy. The breakfast, dinner, Pub & Grill were also very tastefull and well worth the price. There is also plentyyy of parking space available. You also have a zoo which is very close by which is great for a lovely day out. 10/10!”

“Great break away with my grandchildren the room was lovely freshly decorated plenty of light from large windows great having tv in two rooms plenty tea and coffee and the manager was very polite very happy to please nothing was too much trouble break and evening meal was good and staff in restaurant very pleasant all in all good time had by all”
