뷰는최고. 하지만 벌레 ㅠㅠ

말할것도없이 멋진뷰! 하지만 지리적 특성상 벌레가 많고, 텐트처럼 생긴 모기장을 주는데 구멍이 많이 나있어서 무용지물 ㅠ 벌레 싫어하는 사람에게는 함든곳 ㅠㅠ

위치가 좋은 호텔

가격대비 방의 크기 시설 컨디션 다 좋은 편. 조식 식당이 매우 분위기 있음. 2층 발코니에서 식사면서 바깥을 보면 여행자의 여유를 만끽할 수 있음. 직원들도 영어를 잘하는 편이며 친절함. 단 방에 작은 개미가 매우 많이 나옴. 줄 지어 다니는 걸 구경할 수 있음

타 호텔보다 비교적 조용한 곳에 위치한 호텔. 금/토/일에는 차출입제한되어서 더 좋았어요.

멀리 베트남지방에서 온 필리핀친구를 위해 예약했는데. 무료 업그레이드를 해주어서 호안끼엠 호수가 한눈에 들여다 보인다고 너무 좋았다고 하더군요.

휴가땐 하노이 인터컨티넨탈도 묵어봤었는데 이번엔 출장길이라 저렴한 호텔을 찾았고 그 중에 그나마 괜찮은 곳이라고 생각해서 여길 예약했어요... 그.런.데. 역시 저렴 그 이상도 이하도 아니었습니다. 와이파이가 원활하지 않았고 방도 전체 소등이 되어서 1시간동안 밖에 나가있었고요.. 직원들의 서비스는 참 친절하고 좋았지만 제 돈 주고는 다시 묵고싶지 않아요.

아티산 레이크 뷰 호텔

아티산 레이크 뷰 호텔로 체크인 하려하니 마주보고 있는 아티산 부티크 호텔( 두 호텔다 같은 오너가 운영하는 동급 호텔이라하기에)체크인했습니다. 방에서 조그만 개미들에게 엄청 물렸어요. 밤에 물린곳이 간지러워서 잠도 제대로 못 잤어요. 리셒션에 컴플레인을 하는데 중국인 여자 투숙객도 자기도 그러하다며 이야기를 하더군요. 동남아 여러 호텔중 최악의 호텔이었어요...!

직원분들이 매우 친절했구요 조식,커피가 매우 맛있었습니다 다만 중간정도의 호텔이라 객실의 눅눅한 느낌은 지울수 없었습니다 위치는 호수바로 앞이라 야시장근처고 생활권자체는 정말 좋았습니다(위층이라 뷰는 나름 괜찮았어요) 가격대비 그럭저럭 괜찮은 호텔을 원하신다면 추천합니다

좋지만 아쉬웠던

여행으로 4일간 예약을 했습니다. 일단 테라스 및 전경자체는 더할거 없이 너무 아름다운 곳 입니다. 불편한 점은 객실에 벌레가 너무 많고 침대위에 개미 및 각종 발레들이 상주하고 있어 잘때도 불편하고 엄청 물어 뜯겼습니다..객실 청소는 깨끗히 해주시지만 기본적으로 침대시트가 지저분합니다. 오래되서 그런 듯.... 직원들은 대체적으로 친절합니다.

호안끼엠 호수와 매우 가까운 위치에 있어서 관광하기에 정말 좋아요!많은 관광객들이 있는 곳이지만 호텔 앞 골목은 비교적 조용해서 숙박하는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었어요 그리고 직원들이 정말 정말 친절해서 기분 좋게 지내다 왔어요! 가격대비 정말 훌륭합니다!

아티산호텔의 최고 장점은 근접성! 최고입니다! 직원들도 굉장히 친절하고 아침밥도 정말 깔끔하고 맛있습니다. 규모는 작지만 서비스 위치 최고입니다~ 로비에 정수기도 비치되어있어요! 호수뷰방은 조용하고 좋아요~ 혹시 2층 시티뷰에 묵으실경우 오토바이 소리가 밤 11시까지는 들릴 수 있으니 참고하세요~^^

편안한 여행

아주 작은 호텔이긴 하지만 나름 깨끗하고 편안한 곳이었 습니다. 제가 묵은 방에서 개미가 있어서 조금 불편 하였으나, 이정도의 불편함은 애교로 받아들이기에 조식도 그리 불편함 없이 잘 먹었구요 가격 대비 훌륭 합니다.

The hotel is located near Hoankiem lake so that i could visit many places with ease. The breakfast which was served in Cafe was fully enough to satisfy me and staff was really frienldy and helpful. But, even i closed the whole window in a room, i couldnt block the all the noise from outside.

하노이 구시가지 근처의 골든 선 호텔

처음에는 그냥 작은 미니 호텔이라서 기대를 하지 않고 갔는데 로비에 있는 분들도 모두 친절하고 항상 문을 열어주셔서 작은 점에서도 좋았습니다. 방은 조금 작았지만 둘이서 쓰기에는 적당하고, 무엇보다 깨끗하고, 화장실에도 샤워 부스가 따로 있어서 좋아요ㅎㅎ 그리고 아침은 항상 먹었는데 신기하게 꼭대기층에 식당이 있어서 밥을 먹을때 창가로 보는 경치가 좋았고, 아침도 맛있어요^^ 음..단점이라고 하기는 좀 아닐수도 있지만 옆방에서 물을 사용하면 물소리가 들려서 좀 예민 하신분은 불편할수도 있을꺼예요..ㅎㅎ;;그리고 호텔이 골목에 있어서 제가 묵었던 2층발코니에서는 동네 골목이랑 앞집 발코니가 보이는거 밖에는..없고요(그대신 새로운 문화를 보는것 같아서 신기했다는.^^) 그리고 저는 크리스마스이브에 가서 골목 오토바이소리로 시끌시끌 했네요ㅠ_ㅠ그래도 여행하는 동안에는 아주아주 만족스러운 곳이었어요^^

Set the correct expectations. A one-star hotel. But we had a beautiful lake view and a great experience. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The elevator was good. It was a winter time stay. They provided a space heater and extra blankets. Very helpful arranging an economical airport taxi. The best location in Hanoi, in my opinion. Many wonderful food and shopping options just outside the hotel door.

Bor man i rum 703 bor man riktigt bra. Bo bara med utsikt emot sjön. Trevligt spartanskt och snäll personal. Det redde upp en del strul de två sista nätterna så som sagt bo i rum 703 så är det lite rough men perfekt läge och häftigt.

Fantastic location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Mai and Sam bent over backwards to help us in any way possible including ringing other hotels and cars to facilitate our onward journey. Brilliant service, lovely staff. The property is a little tired but this was more than made up by the superb staff.

地図の位置が他のホテルになっていて少し違う。 23番地なので実際はもう少し東側で通りの真ん中あたり。看板が小さく上部にあるのでタクシー運転手が見落として通過した。西側から来ると看板は木に隠れていて見えず、通りから中を見ると違うホテルのように見える文字が書いてある。見つからない時は通りに入って南側の2本目の木の辺りを探す。洗濯は1kg30000ドンでチェックアウト時に支払い。

Leasure in Hanoï

Excellent location for this hotel. Easy to go visiting around and having breakfast next to the hotel. Staff is kind and nice. Confortable even if it would need renovation. However it was a nice 4 nights stay.

Tricky to rate this property as it had good and bad elements. The hotel itself was a little run down and they did not have hand soap when requested. However, fantastic location and cute balcony with outlook. The aircon was great and the staff were super lovely and helpful. Transfer to airport was convenient and well priced. Bathroom could do with an upgrade but room was spacious. Mixed feeling about the artisan and value for money.

Located in the middle of old Hanoi which is convenient to most everything you want to do and see. Incredibly inexpensive but clean. You eat in the local restaurants and get the local flavor.

コロナ後3年半ぶりに利用しました。以前よりホテル前の通りは賑やかになっていましたが、良い雰囲気です。残念なのは向かい側にあったホテルレストランが無くなっていたこと。２階テラスから通りを見下ろしながら朝食とるのが楽しみだったのですが…。清掃や設備はまあ、こんなものと思います。

Good and economic place in the city center

アットホームな感じの宿泊施設です。近隣にはもっとキレイで洒落たホテルもありますが、ホテルは最小限の設備でいい、町歩きを楽しみたいという人には向いていると思います。
