"If you’re planning to catch the shuttle to the Cruise port, make sure you sign up early! We booked this hotel, mainly for this amenity, but it was already full by 4 PM. They also have very limited maintenance staff, and none in the evening, so make sure everything in your room operates properly as soon as you check in."

"I love staying in the Queen Mary. It’s so interesting to see all the old time control rooms and quarters. It’s just fun! It isn’t for the more boujee travelers, but if you like going back in time, this is the place. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff is beyond compare for friendliness and information and the restaurant food is amazing. Also SUPER convenient to the Carnival cruise terminal… just a short walk across the parking lot."

"The room was clean and spacious, comfortable seating arrangements and the bed left us feeling well rested in the mornings. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly; had a couple great evenings at the bar with Brian the bar tender...very engaging and interactive. Definitely, found our go-to place to stay in Long Beach. "

"Staff was great. The towels smelled so weird and I thought it was just my set but I got a new set and it had the same smell. AC took a while to cool the room but it’s an old building. Parking was also 45 for all guest which kinda sucked."
