โThe hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent
However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.

โI've traveled more than 20 countries and of course stayed many hotels. However, this hotel was the best for our family in terms of services. They had separated restaurants for family and adults (only) so that kids can have more freedom. In front of hotel, there are very well equipped playground for kids as well. Staff members were kind and they booked tours for us as well. Swimming pool and indoor spa are free; but, you should pay extra for outdoor spa. We will definitely come back to...
โback of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. โ
โWe had a lovely stay here, the lock wasnโt working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant!

A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. Thereโs a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful.
I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few...
โOverall the stay was great. Perfect location for the drive to many close beaches. The lodge was clean and comfortable perfect for a short break. The only thing we would recommend is the number of the lodge and campsite name be added to the booking information as we found it difficult to locate. Other than that thank you for a pleasant stay.โ
โWe stayed here for x2 nights before heading down to St Ives to break up our long drive from Manchester. We had a great time and would definitely do this again. Watergate Bay beach is literally a 4 minute walk from this apartment which is amazing! Parking is included too so you donโt have to worry about your car being restricted in car parks. There are lots of nice places to get coffee, breakfast and dinner too but the apartment is cute enough if you decide to make dinner here as it can be...
