"House keeping entered the room while my wife was asleep and the do not disturb sign was on the door and instead of leaving the room the man wanted explain why he was there my wife jumped up and yelled at him and then he started to leave and I had gone to the store my wife called me really upset and when made it back to the hotel the house keeper and the house keeper manager were standing in the hallway by my door and the man spoke a very broken English and he was trying to apologize to me and for what he did as well as the house keeping supervisor, the do not disturb sign was still on the door I pointed to it and he gestured that he didn’t know what that sign meant"

"Room was clean and quiet. Check in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Nice, friendly staff. Room and overall hotel is clean. Shower is heavenly. Breakfast was just ok. Dinner was not very good. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery store. There’s an adjacent shopping center within walking distance too with an Aldi, Ulta, Marshall’s, Famous Footwear, and Five Below. "

"The good-the staff was amazing-so helpful Breakfast had lots of choices Our floor was newly renovated and our room was beautiful except the bathtub still needed to be refinished-not sure why that wasn't done with the rest of the remodel! Hotel is close to a few restaurants and easy to get to a major highway. The bad-this hotel is still under renovation so we were treated by noises from the construction going on in the floor below us-even on a Saturday they were working! I get it that they need to get the construction done but working on a Saturday AM at 7 was not ideal. It was also tough to try to nap in the middle of the afternoon with the banging!!! Workout room had a spin bike that had a seat that was wobbly and one treadmill didn't work-no towels in the workout room. Pool was not open due to the construction. I would stay there again....once the construction was done!!!"

"Anything we needed as far as direction places to go dine or shopping the staff was very knowledgeable. They catered to our room needs very well. "
