"We were looking for a place near the bullet trains by Shin-Osaka station so we could come from Tokyo and take a day trip to Kyoto. This hotel met our expectations. It is very close to the station, clean, with wifi, and a few nice benefits. There is a very small washing machine that was useful for us. We never used it, but there were appliances such as a portable burner with pots and pans and plates if you wanted to cook. Also, the configuration for the room turned out to be useful for our family of with 3 adults. The toilet is in a separate small room with a tiny sink above when flushed. The bathroom sink and shower is in another room. And there is a small kitchen sink in the main living area. There are also several mirrors throughout. So, 3 people could get ready at the same time without waiting for the sink, bathroom, or mirror. The TV is a bit odd - it's a projection TV that we couldn't figure out, but we didn't try very hard. For the price, we found this room to be very functional and exactly what we needed as a home base for going to/from trains."

"This was my second stay and I was just as happy as the first time. The location is ideal for travel into, around, and out of Osaka and the station itself has multiple wonderful restaurants and shops making it easy to dine in. Staff are friendly and efficient. If you are unaccustomed to Japanese hotels, the room size may be too tight for comfort. I was content but my friend found the space too crowded. Also, there is a window between the shower and room. While there is a blind that rolls down, there are gaps at the edges which could be discomforting if you're not staying with someone you trust well. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Very convenient central location, connected to Osaka-Umeda station, and an easy train ride from anywhere in Osaka. Great views from upper floors and very quiet. Rooms are tiny and a bit cramped, but have all the amenities you’d expect. Laundry is a pain if you need it as they provide just 8 machines for >500 guests leading to a lot of frustration and waiting. Also, the lobby can get quite crowded. Fun notes: there is a mall in the building, including multiple sporting goods stores, multiple clothing stores, two food courts, four Starbucks locations, even a Burger King and a McDonalds—though the local food is much better. We also saw two idol groups doing meet and greets and performances on the second floor near the Umeda station, a boy-band one evening and a girl band another evening."

"とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフの方々も感じが良く親切でした。ただ、ウォーターサーバーからの水を入れる用に推奨されていた木のタンブラーだけは苦手でした。（独特の匂いがあるため）グラスかマグカップに入れた方が良いですね。場所も駅近で周りにお店もいっぱいあって交通も便利なので、また利用させていただきたいです。"

"Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom. Very convenient for the Shin-Osaka station but is a bit of a mission to find the first time. That’s probably more of an issue with the station labyrinth and the fact Google doesn't handle three dimensional directions on multiple levels and skywalks very well. Once found it’s about a 10 minute walk to the Shinkansen gates."
