“The room was clean, the swim up bar was nice, and overall the pools were well kept and clean. However, there were cockroaches in our swim up pool in our room and in the restaurants. The food was also subpar. We were only allowed to book 1 reservation throughout our entire stay, which was disappointing because the only other place to eat was the buffet at nighttime. The buffet was not great, there were cold cuts and dairy based sauces just out, not on ice. Would not recommend.”

The property seems to be more interested to cater to incoming cruise ship guests than those paying full price. Dining establishments grossly expensive for subpar food with staff more interested in additional tips on top of the already mandatory included tips, rather than service. Would not return.”
