"Front desk staff were very uninformed. They gave us times of operation and were incorrect on each occasion. When you asked them something the response would always be I don’t know. One staff in particular named Paul seemed lost. The best staff we dealt with was named Terry and she worked with housekeeping. So nice and very cordial handled every issue we had and chance us more accurate information than the front desk. "

"Located near attractions. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The pool area needs better ventilation and anti-slip upgrade. "

"Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive attitude really helped my mood (exhaustion/sleepy), even with the mess up."

"Check-in and front desk were friendly. Professional. And efficient. The room was modern and exceptionally clean. Fitness room was clean and had updated equipment. A few mats for floor work would be helpful. Greatly appreciated the 24-hr laundry facilities with well maintained, clean machines that were available to use for no charge. Good variety for breakfast in welcoming and comfortable dining area. Dining staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved our stay."
