"The hotel is very spacious and clean. It has a gym attached to it which is very nice. The rooms are spacious and the views from the room and nice. They have nice open spaces on specific floors to watch sports games with pool tables, foosball tables, huge scrabble games on the wall. It’s huge lounge with tables and comfy couches. The staff is friendly and explain everything to you. Restaurants are walking distance. "

"The room was great. Front desk was fast, efficient and kind. We came late after our event and we were tired. Front desk took quick care of us. The only negative was the brunch. They were understaffed and we took over an hour before our food came. The waitstaff was doing their best though trying to keep our spirits lifted. I wanted to tip him still, but only had a card. They comped our food because of the wait, but it did mark the otherwise great stay."

"Location is fantastic. The girl that worked the desk the night of 30 Dec was amazing, great food recs, the breakfast girls are the best. Will visit every time because of the staff members. Rooms were nice, kind of cold so needed to buy an extra blanket but it was 20 degrees so I can understand that. "

"The hotel and the room was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in a building with other businesses, and they made it very clear with signage on where to go to find the front desk. The front desk checked us in really quickly and was very friendly. The room was amazing - it had a sitting room, a bathroom, and the bedroom all separated. It felt very homey. "Clean property. Was there over holidays so breakfast varied. Preferred the pre-packaged items (e.g. sausage biscuit) to regular offerings like scrambled eggs. Not much around and parking is a couple of blocks away, but easy access to highways to quickly get to my family and all the hockey rinks. :)"

"Stayed a Thursday and Friday night for a medical procedure at Allegheny General Hospital on Friday so didn’t roam around very much. Very close to the I279 exit and the hospital. Very clean and quiet in our 3rd floor room. A lot of staff was visible but never in the way. Very professional. Obviously a very old historic building but very well preserved and maintained. Nice atmosphere. "
