Staff was friendly. Room and hall were clean. For what I paid for the room there should have been attention to a few things. A lamp in the room was flickering on and off. I asked for another bulb but they didn't have any. The facial tissue ran out. Breakfast was not great for the price of the room. Pool room was dimly lit but was clean. Luggage carts were falling apart and dirty. I would stay there again if it was a cheaper price.

From the GM at the front—Evie—to the BA staff handling the pool and breakfast—Dan—they were all welcoming, friendly, and helpful! The room was clean, the food was great, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

The staff were super helpful and pleasant. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the area was very quiet. Very convenient for my conference, and the price was excellent! I would definitely recommend and it will be my go to when I need to stay in Helena!

We arrived early and Chris was very helpful in accommodating us. The room was the most spacious we have stayed in and rhis was our favorite hotel on this 12 day trip. Clean and the hotel waa quiet. The full breakfast was very good. The location was convenient to the Capitol and Last Chance Gulch area. It's a city hotel. No landscaping or grounds so not attractive outside property and no place to walk a dog...and I think pets are not allowed anyway.
