“Where to start with this wonderful B&B?
Excellent communication from owner Catherine when I enquired about leaving the car there before check in time as we were attending York Races.Catherine arranged early check in and advised on taxis to the Races.
The whole B&B is very tastefully decorated with very high quality everywhere beds are an absolute dream!
Breakfast is outstanding freshly cooked beautifully presented and top quality!
This is a working farm with calves loving life and Betty the cat...
“Very nice people here! It is an old guesthouse so the fact I was on the 3rd was ok, the stairs were solid but narrow so if I had more luggage than a small backpack it would have been hard. No issues with the other floors though. So to restate floor 3, room 10 quaint room for person with very little luggage. ”
“Was amazing. The room was beautiful with the extras and the hot tub topped the weekend off for our 30th wedding anniversary. Going to come every year. Staff was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel it’s an amazing experience. Thank you😍”
“Our room was clean and spacious. The decor throughout Orchard House is beautiful and there is also a comfortable lounge area. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choice. We have enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.”

단 무료주차가 가능하나 숙소앞이 아니고 인근 주차장의 지정주차 구획에 Permit을 올려놓고 차를 대는 시스템이라 불편한 부분이 있음. 그 외에는 전반적으로 흠 잡을데 없음.”
“Very clean and comfy even provided a fridge. The only fault was the kettle didn't work when i went to make a cup of tea in the morning. Otherwise excellent. ”
“Good family room but right on street side so lots of street noise. Other rooms off street would be fine. Good food onsite and surrounded by tasty restaurants. Heart of old city. Approx 1 mile walk to train station. ”
“Comfortable stay in all. Room and amenities exceeded expectations. Note for those wanting to park, the car park is small. It’s understandable that this fills up, fortunately the convention centre opposite has affordable parking. Will stay again when visiting friends and family in Harrogate. ”
