"The Z hotel Picadilly is very convenient close to all what London has to offer, trafalgar sq 2min walk picadilly 4 minute walk, His majestys theater for phantom of the opera. Staff are very freindly, the rooms are small but functional, comfortable bed, Only down side to the hotel was the sound of cascading water when above room flushes the toilet also the air con clicking ever few seconds, luckily wasnt to warm so swithed it off, but height of summer will be annoying. Would i stay again, yes for location and freindly staff. "

"The room is clean. The window has the view of street and Leicester Square which is nice. Chinatown, Piccadilly Square and theaters just blocks away. Staff are very helpful. Air conditioning is working great. Only thing I found inconvenient is the room doesn’t provide a tissue box. That’s unusual. Overall the experience is good."

"The staff was top notch. They went above and beyond. Perez the doorman was professional, friendly and helpful with all our request. Javier the concierge took us on a fabulous tour of the property and shared so much history about this beautiful property. The location of this hotel was convenient to many attractions, shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if ever in London."

"I booked this hotel based on location and reviews. The location was perfect however I should have not purchased the breakfast package, it was over priced for what they serve and quality was lacking. Check in was a nightmare after an overnight flight. They said they would send a text when a room was ready, they never did. Staff overall were nice however housekeeping needs improvements. Needless to say I wouldn’t book again."

"One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service. "
